When Life Felt Uncertain

There was a time when I felt completely lost.

Not in a dramatic, everything-falling-apart kind of way—
but in a slow, quiet, disorienting way.

I had faith. I loved God. I was doing my best to follow Him.
But underneath it all, I felt stuck.
Directionless. Disconnected.

Lost.

And the more I tried to “fix” it—by setting goals, planning things out, trying to figure out the next step—the more discouraged I became.

I kept thinking: Shouldn’t I feel more peace if I’m doing what God wants?

But peace felt far away.

Until I changed ONE thing.

And that’s when something started to shift.

A Simple Shift That Changed Everything

I didn’t create a checklist.
I didn’t suddenly “figure everything out.”

I started investing in Jesus —
not just in time, but in relationship.

And that one shift changed everything.

I stopped treating faith like something I needed to master
and started treating Jesus like someone I could walk with.

I let go of the pressure to “have it all together”
and started bringing Him into the little things.

Not just in my quiet time—but in my thoughts, my questions, my conversations, my work, my rest.

And slowly, almost imperceptibly at first,
that feeling of loss began to lift.

Investing in Jesus Isn’t About Performance

When I say “investing in Jesus,”
I don’t mean checking boxes or trying harder to be a “good Christian.”

I mean learning how to be with Him.

Talking to Him throughout the day.
Pausing to listen.
Letting Him into every part of me—
my thoughts,
my emotions,
my uncertainty.

Every nook and cranny that makes me… me.

Especially the parts I used to carry on my own.
The ones I thought I had to figure out before I brought them to Him.

From Lost to Anchored

As I started investing more intentionally in my relationship with Jesus,
I noticed something shift—not just around me, but in me.

My direction became clearer.
My identity began to feel anchored.
And the joy I used to chase in outcomes…
started showing up in the in-between.

That’s the part I never expected.
I thought peace would come once everything was “figured out.”
But it came when I learned how to walk with Jesus in the midst of not knowing.

That’s where the clarity was.
That’s where the healing was.
That’s where I started to come alive again.

Start Where You Are

If you’re in a season where you feel stuck, lost, or like your faith isn’t “working” the way you hoped…

Start here.

Start with investing in Jesus.

Not as a formula.
Not as a performance.
But as a relationship.

Invite Him into your “right now.”
Ask Him to lead you gently.
And trust that even if you can’t see the full path ahead,
He’s walking it with you.

That one decision—to be with Him—
will shape everything else.

With love and belief in you,
